Massage by the sea, on Vancouver Island, BC.

I’m convinced that being a registered massage therapist is the best job ever, and that doing what you love is the greatest gift that you can give to the world.

I’m dedicated to helping people feel more at ease in their bodies. Whether supporting recovery from athletic injuries, addressing jaw pain, treating chronic tension headaches, easing low back discomfort, or providing perinatal care, I combine evidence-informed methods with a client-centred focus to help people move better, feel better, and return to activities they love.

My goal is to create a treatment space where you feel heard, supported and empowered in your health journey. I value collaboration and believe that best clinical outcomes happen when care is tailored to your unique goals and needs.

Beyond clinical practice, I’m passionate about education. I serve on the faculty at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy where I teach and mentor the next generation of practitioners. Additionally, I am committed to lifelong learning and regularly invest in continuing education to deepen my knowledge and better serve my clients.

When I’m not in the treatment room you can find me flowing on my yoga mat, leading run groups around the city, at Dallas road with my golden retriever Stanley, or on the hunt for Victoria’s best chai latte.

I’m grateful to support the wellbeing of this community and look forward to being a trusted part of your health care team.
